  1. <I just thought about something for the musics. Would it be possible for
  2. <the player to choose in the menu bar midi, soundtrack, only sounds, 
  3. <or ...  Cd. I mean it would be nice to play doom with the noises, and
  4. <with a good Hardrock music ( death metal would be definitively a nice 
  5. <ambiance :-)

  7. Well everything is possible, or if not you can make it possible.
  8. As for Cd, I for my self can't see any point for doing a cd-hockup, 
  9. beacuse you can always play a Cd on your ordinary Cd-Machine.
  10. As for Midi, I thought it was voted for not to be...
  11. As for soundtrack I think you might have a module in the background 
  12. if you have a FAST machine or if you like 2 fps:-) You could use 
  13. soundsamples as a jukebox and just play them straight trough the Dma, 
  14. but you will need a mixer routine for that. I am investigating the 
  15. possibilliety to use mixed sound effects with jukebox soundsamples 
  16. that plays straight from the memory or the harddrive. Elias has told 
  17. me a bit of the rout. Anyway i think this is a good idea if it is 
  18. possible since the music will have far better quality then as a 
  19. module (of course it will rent some more diskspace...).
